LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- There was an increase in police presence on a Lebanon County school campus due to online threats.

A statement posted Tuesday on the Cornwall-Lebanon School District website says the threats that were posted on social media targeted Cedar Crest Middle School.

The district said it reported the threats to the school and the local police department, which is currently investigating. Additional law enforcement was on the Cedar Crest campus on Tuesday at the request of the district as an added precaution.
