LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Emergency personnel say no injuries are reported after a small jet left the end of the runway while landing at Bowman Field in Louisville.

WAVE reports the incident took place Tuesday, Oct. 7 around 10:20 a.m.

Emergency personnel received reports that a plane had exited the runway at the airport.

The plane involved was a Cessna 525B that sat eight people. Crews arrived and learned there were no injuries.

Natalie Chaudoin, spokesperson for the Louisville Regional Airport Authority, confirmed the plane overran runway 33 and came to a rest on Seneca Golf Course.

Chaudoin said the golf course is approximately 370 feet beyond the end of the runway.
