SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Following the funeral for President Russel M. Nelson, ABC4 spoke to attendees and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints about the service and Nelson's legacy.
Amelia Petersen is a Latter-day Saint from Alaska, and she came to Utah for something else, but it happened to coincide with Nelson's passing and his funeral. "I actually didn't know that I was going to be traveling here for this, but I do believe that the lord wanted me to be here for this," she said.
