Sometimes, the people who make the biggest impact on our lives are the ones we never expected to meet.

For Owasso realtor Amber Post, that person was a man named Scott, a client who joined her family.

It all started two and a half years ago, when Post answered what she thought was a routine business call. On the other end of the line was Scott, looking to buy a house.

“He started as an acquaintance,” Post said. “We met, he was shopping for houses for a couple of years, and he would just call listing agents and have them show him the house, so the first time he called me, it was spring about two and a half years ago."

After a few more house showings, that acquaintance became a friend. Post says their connection grew after she decided to call Scott just to check in, no business involved.
