GRAFTON, N.D. (KVRR) — Shortly after 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, correctional officers noticed an inmate suffering a medical emergency.

Walsh County Paramedic and Valley Ambulance and Rescue Service were called to the jail to assist.

The inmate is identified as Patrick Donald Aune, 39, of Park River.

No further information is being released due to the ongoing investigation by the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
