SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) - The Sparks Police Department (SPD) is investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian early Wednesday morning. It happened around 12:30 a.m. in the area of Glendale Avenue and S. 21st Street.

The vehicle was reportedly traveling east on Glendale when it hit a person in the roadway near S. 21st Street. The pedestrian died at the scene, according to SPD.
