READING, Ohio —
A 19-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a crash involving a semi on I-75 Tuesday.
It happened around 10:45 a.m. when the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a report of a serious crash. Advertisement
According to OSP, a preliminary investigation revealed a Chevrolet Suburban and semi were traveling north on I-75 when the vehicle changed into the center lane, hitting the back of the semi.
The driver of the suburban, a 19-year-old man, had to be extricated from the crash and was taken to UC Medical Center with serious injuries.
The driver of the semi was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation by the Cincinnati Post.
