ASHEVILLE - On Oct. 6, Posana was abuzz with excitement as the front- and back-of-house crew and design team made the final preparations before guests arrived for the first dinner service at the restaurant's new location.

The two-day soft opening with friends and family was hosted to help iron out kinks before the public opening.
