At long last, Hulu has arrived in Canada — well, sort of.
On Wednesday, the Disney-owned service was added to Disney+ worldwide, including in Canada. It has replaced the Star branding that was used in Canada and other international markets.
It should be mentioned that this doesn’t really make much of a difference to the actual user experience. However, before we get into that, it’s important to note that Disney will raise the price of Disney+ by up to $3 in Canada this November. This is in line with Disney+ price increases worldwide, including in the U.S., so it’s not tied specifically to the Hulu news.
All of the old Star content is still on Disney+, it’s just now Hulu-branded instead. This means that titles like Only Murders in the Building , The Kardashians , Futurama and Alien: Eart
