CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- An east Charlotte homeowner said he's fed up with the gunfire he says surrounds his home on a near-weekly basis.
This week, his house was hit by a bullet. The man lives in Country Club Heights, not far from an apartment complex, which he claimed is part of the problem.
"Over here, we've got glass bottles, we've got stuff that might have blown away from their overfilled trash cans, but some of it is weighted, which is definitely just a toss out the window," said Bryson Rogers.
The trash on the streets near Rogers' home is annoying, but it's really the least of his problems when shell casings are littering the road.
