CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- Power outages remain along Carmel Road Monday night after a crash that occurred nearly 12 hours before.

A crash near Carmel Vista Lane shut down the south Charlotte road just after 8 a.m. Oct. 13. Some lanes have reopened.

As of 7 p.m., there are still 227 power outages, according to Duke Energy officials, including in the Quail Hollow area. All are expected to be restored by 10:22 p.m.

Medic reports that no one was transported from the crash.
