DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Our humid, warm days are finally gone, giving us a much-deserved break across The Wiregrass. But, they are not here to stay for long.
A strong cold front moved through our area late Wednesday and early Thursday morning, which will begin to usher in much cooler air into our area later.
After starting off in the upper 60s, highs Thursday will recover only to near 80 degrees. Partly to mostly cloudy conditions are expected as wind gusts increase to the 20 - 30 mph range.
Rain chances will remain low at 20% or less areawide.
Overall, dry and cool conditions are forecast this weekend, with highs near 80 degrees and lows generally in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees. Breezy conditions will continue through Saturday.
