ASHEVILLE - Wall Street Parking Garage will officially reopen by Oct. 11 after the completion of vital structural repairs, part of ongoing updates to the city's decks, according to a city news release.

The completed repairs align with the city's commitment to have all four parking garages fully open for peak leaf season, the Oct. 9 announcement said. The Rankin Avenue garage, a few blocks away, reopened Sept. 26, a final step following its partial reopening at the beginning of September after a several week closure.
