The documents show the remains were recovered in 2019 from a rural area of Hemphill County and were identified through dental records as Thomas Brown.
Brown was reported missing in November of 2016 . His body was found and remains were identified in January of 2019.
The examination took place in April at the Texas Panhandle Forensics autopsy facility in Lubbock.
