ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — New York State Police have arrested a Massachusetts man following an investigation into the alleged online exploitation of a 14-year-old girl in Steuben County.

Troopers say 29-year-old Estefan D. Henriquez was taken into custody just before 3 a.m. Wednesday after arriving at a prearranged location in the village of Canisteo. Investigators say Henriquez had arranged to meet the victim and had previously met her in person.

According to police, Henriquez engaged in sexually explicit communications with the victim through a social media platform and sent numerous explicit messages in the days leading up to his arrest.
