In Uptown New Orleans, people have been enjoying the not-so-sweet sound of constant construction from the East Carrollton group infrastructure improvement project.

The $2 billion infrastructure improvement plan includes Adams Street from Saint Charles Avenue to Claiborne Avenue. Anticipation is high for new drainage, curbs, and more.

The constant road closures and heavy equipment have been affecting residents, services, and even business deliveries.
