WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - The Sedgwick County tag office on East Kellogg closed Thursday , but that hasn’t stopped some from showing up at the building in-person as they try to get tag work done. Even with options like an online queue to book appointments, many are still having trouble getting title work done.
