LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Transportation and Utilities announced that Alvo Road between Seventh and 14th streets will be closed for asphalt repairs beginning Monday. This work is expected to be completed by Tuesday.

The recommended route is 14th Street to Fletcher Avenue to First Street.

Digital signs will alert traffic to upcoming work and closures. Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around this closure. LTU reminds residents that project dates are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
