CLEVELAND — A four-year Cleveland Clinic study has found that low-dose ketamine infusions can provide significant relief for patients suffering from chronic pain , offering new hope for those who have exhausted traditional treatment options.

The research, published in Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine, analyzed data from 1,034 patients and represents one of the largest real-world studies of its kind. According to Dr. Pavan Tankha, medical director of comprehensive pain recovery in Cleveland Clinic's Neurological Institute, the findings address critical gaps in pain management.
