A man who was arrested after a violent encounter with police in Bismarck has now been sentenced to three years in prison. The incident happened in late August when police were called to Sanford hospital where witnesses told them Gonzalez was shouting, and that he had chased a nurse to her car and was punching her car window. Officers then chased and used a taser on Gonzalez, but say that as they were arresting him, he bit one of the officer's hands.
Tjaden Richter, who changed his plea to guilty in June on charges related to inappropriate content that was found on his phone, has just been sentenced on the four charges he faced. North Dakota BCI agent
