LENOX, Mass. (WWLP) - The National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) has named Morris Elementary School Principal Brenda Kelley a 2025 National Distinguished Principal.

Principal Kelley is the only honoree from Massachusetts to be selected for this award out of only 43 total recipients in the country. She is in her fifth year serving as principal at Morris Elementary School, and has led students and faculty through significant changes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kelley is known for her student-first approach, working to support families with financial needs to ensure that all students have access to extracurricular activities and opportunities in the classroom and beyond.
