HARRISON TWP., MI — A Fort Gratiot man is facing multiple felony charges stemming from an Oct. 6 crime spree, which included alleged carjacking, home invasions, and leading police on a chase.
On Thursday, Oct. 9, suspect Thomas Tackett, 52, was arraigned on 13 charges in 41B District Court in Clinton Township.
Police arrested Tackett Monday, Oct. 6, following a series of incidents that day, according to a release from the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office. He was apprehended by police at approximately 1:38 p.m. near Corto and Reimold streets in Harrison Township following a multi-jurisdictional police pursuit.
