COLUMBUS, Ohio — Hundreds of glowing jack-o’-lanterns will light up Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens later this month as the popular "Pumpkins Aglow" exhibit returns.

"Pumpkins Aglow" runs on select evenings from Oct. 15–19, Oct. 22–26 and Oct. 29–Nov. 2, featuring more than 700 hand-carved pumpkins. They are displayed in themed scenes ranging from pirates and mermaids to spiders and aliens.

The event also includes light displays, games, crafts and live entertainment.

Visitors can walk through the conservatory’s outdoor gardens and exhibits, including Harvest Blooms, which runs through Nov. 2, as well as the Chihuly Collection, Paul Busse Garden Railway and Through the Vines: A Seasonal Journey.
