KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A motorcyclist is dead following two-vehicle crash in Overland Park.

The crash was reported around 11:50 p.m. in the area of West 151st Street and Switzer Road, according to the Overland Park Police Department.

The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene and has been identified as Mike Farran, of Olathe.

Police said the other driver involved in the crash remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

No other injuries were reported.
