The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train is preparing to make its way across the Midwest this December, with the schedule for its visit to Minnesota now released.
The festive train will arrive in Minnesota on Friday, Dec. 12, stopping first in La Crescent before making its way along the Mississippi River to the Twin Cities that weekend.
It will depart the state on Dec. 17, with the final stop in Elbow Lake in west-central Minnesota as it heads into North Dakota.
American Authors and Pynk Beard will provide live entertainment for each stop between La Crescent and Minneapolis. From Loretto to Elbow Lake, the performers will be Lanco and Tiera Kennedy.
