The Helena Police Department responded to a variety of incidents throughout the day Oct. 11. Below is a summary of notable events:

0831 hours - officers responded to the 1600 block of Hudson Street for a burglary.

1117 hours - Officers responded to the 11100 block of Cannon Street for a family disturbance. At the conclusion of the investigation, an adult male was placed under arrest for two counts of Tampering with a Communication Device and Obstructing Police.

1428 hours - officers responded to the 10 block of West Placer Avenue for a criminal mischief.

1445 hours - officers responded to the 1700 block of 11th Avenue for a theft.

1925 hours - an officer was on the 2100 block of Missoula Avenue when he observed an adult male known to have multiple confirmed arrest warrants. At the con
