Professional services group Cooper Parry has acquired accountancy firm Hutcheon Mearns.
Its sixth deal since partnering with New York-based private equity firm Lee Equity Partners earlier this year pushes pro forma turnover beyond £250m, as part of plans to reach £600m by 2028 and £1bn by 2030.
Founded in Aberdeen during 2015, the 70-strong Hutcheon Mearns team “shares CP’s rebellious, challenger ethos“, according to a statement.
With offices across Scotland and London, the firm provides corporate finance and acquisition advice across energy, manufacturing, food and drink, technology, professional services and property.
