Plans for nearly 90 new homes at Ury Estate in Aberdeenshire have received a funding boost of £17million.

The cash will be used to deliver 18 luxury homes at Jack Nicklaus Village along with 71 family homes at Glen Ury View, marking a major step in the transformation of the historic estate.

OakNorth , the digital bank for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs, has provided the multi-million-pound loan to support the next phase of the development on the outskirts of Stonehaven .

Developers are also seeking to transform the estate into a world-class residential and leisure destination.
