BUCKSNORT, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Middle Tennessee family confirms their loved one is among the 16 people killed at a munitions plant in Hickman County.

The blast at Accurate Energetic Systems on Friday left families desperately seeking answers about their loved ones.

Reyna Gillahan is among the dead, according to her son Marco who expressed his frustration with the pace of the recovery efforts.

“I was very frustrated. I got very upset. I was mad. I wanted to know where mom was, why they didn’t take the rubble off,” Marco Gillahan said.

He remembered his mother as a hard worker who sacrificed for her family, with her primary goal being to pay off the family home.

“We’re going to honor her by paying the house off and following through with her wishes,” he said.
