A 17-year-old has died and two adults are seriously injured after a car crashed into a home in Sharon over the weekend.

Troopers said a 62-year-old man from Salisbury was driving north on Amenia Union Road around 3 p.m. on Saturday when he left the road and collided with a tree and home.

State police said a 17-year-old male suffered fatal injuries in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as Shea Cassidy-Teti, of Salisbury.

The driver and his 64-year-old male passenger from Salisbury were seriously injured in the crash. Both were transported to the hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
