ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - Gasoline prices in Roanoke are up 1.9 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.85 per gallon as of Monday, October 13, according to Gasbuddy’s survey of 155 stations.

Gas prices in Roanoke remain unchanged compared to a month ago and sits 18.3 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has gone down 3.5 cents compared to a week ago and stands at $3.63 per gallon.

The most affordable station in Roanoke was priced at $2.54 per gallon on Sunday, October 12. The most expensive station was at $3.19 per gallon, a difference of 65 cents per gallon.
