Lockheed Martin Corp. has renewed a 455,000-square-foot office lease in Fort Worth, the largest deal of the decade in the city, according to JLL .

Lockheed (NYSE: LMT) renewed the lease at Fossil Creek Business Park, located at 5555 N. Beach St. in north Fort Worth, last quarter. The renewal extends the lease to August 2031, Lockheed spokesman Ken Ross wrote in an email. About 1,800 employees involved with supply chain, aircraft sustainment programs and advanced development programs work at the office, Ross said.

The lease renewal was a highlight in JLL's most recent report on the Fort Worth office market, with the brokerage firm calling it the largest lease of the decade so far. Office
