Police believe the motorcycle entered a “high-speed wobble” and abruptly hit the brakes, causing the motorcyclist to become separated from it.
“The 19-year-old received his motorcycle license on Thursday. He died at the scene,” MNPD said. “Efforts are underway to notify his family. There were no signs of impairment at the scene.”
