Red Robin will close one of its four remaining Minnesota locations this weekend.

The St. Cloud restaurant at 3945 W. Division St. near the Crossroads Center will close on Sunday, an employee confirmed Monday to Bring Me The News.

Local radio station WJON reports that Red Robin management and the building's owner were unable to reach a new lease agreement. Red Robin replaced a TGI Fridays at that location nearly a decade ago.

The closure leaves Minnesota with three remaining Red Robin restaurants, in Shoreview, Plymouth and Apple Valley. All three are expected to remain open, according to employees at those locations.

Earlier this year, Red Robin said it expects to close around 70 underperforming restaurants over the next five years, as the chain works to repay debt.
