A mother passed away just hours before her baby daughter following the birth of her second child at home, an inquest has been told. The incident that has 'turned the family's world upside down' took place on June 3, 2024, at Jennifer and Rob Cahill's family residence in Prestwich, during the home delivery of baby Agnes.
