ATLANTA — The Buffalo Bills announced Monday night that defensive tackle Ed Oliver will return to the lineup against the Falcons for Monday Night Football.

Oliver has been sidelined since before the Week 2 game with an ankle injury. He said after practice Friday he's feeling better than last week and that "he's ready."

"Condition wise, pain level, and then it's a football aspect of it too of me not playing for four weeks and just getting back into the flow of the game and things like that," Oliver said.

"This is just the best option for me going forward. You probably make a deep run in the playoffs and just not coming back too fast and letting the injury linger on, so just kind of getting it knocked out and getting it to the point where I can progress and play at the same time."
