Welcome to the Game Thread. Veterans of the Game Thread know how we do things around here, but for all you newbies we have a few rules. Our community guidelines apply and basically say be cool, no personal attacks, don’t troll and don’t swear too much.

Preseason is just a tune-up for the regular season, and the scores don’t matter, but wins are always more satisfying that losses, and the way that every player on the squad has been contributing has been impressive. The things that the coaches care about most is finding out about the players and whether they’re ready to contribute when the real games begin next week.
