Beach Boys singer and co-founder Mike Love fought back tears over the weekend as he paid tribute to late bandmate Brian Wilson, who passed away in June at the age of 82. 10

“We want you to see this,” Love, 84, told the audience during a show at the Meritage Resort in Napa, California, on Sunday, per Daily Mail .

“We lost Brian earlier this year, but he will always be in our hearts,” the “Good Vibrations” singer continued as a photo montage of Wilson played across the screen. “It’s like he’s still here.”

Love and his band then went on to play several Beach Boys hits during the concert, including “California Girls,” “Surfin’ Safari,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” and “God Only Knows.” 10
