BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A longtime Bryan ISD educator whose passion for students and fellow teachers extends far beyond the classroom has been named this week’s recipient of the “Be Remarkable” award, a partnership between KBTX and Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers.

Natalyn Samuels, who serves as the testing and special programs coordinator at James Earl Rudder High School, was nominated by her husband and colleague, Quinton Samuels.

Together, the two have dedicated years of service to Bryan ISD; Quinton as a photography and communications teacher and Natalyn as an educator with over 25 years of experience.

In his nomination letter, Quinton wrote that his wife’s work ethic and heart for service make her an inspiration to others.
