Deputies with the Smith County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office responded to a theft at the Texas Best Smokehouse on Hwy 271 in Winona on Monday. The suspect was found walking along Interstate 20 eastbound at the 570 mile marker. He was identified as Matthew Lang Taylor, 35.
