LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Representation and communication are crucial when it comes to law enforcement, especially in a city as diverse as Louisville.

As Hispanic Heritage Month continues, WHAS11 is highlighting those helping bridge cultural and language gaps in our community.

One of those individuals is Officer Brian Lima—a bilingual officer with the Louisville Metro Police Department, who is making a lasting impact as a member of the force.
