TACOMA, Wash. — A man was arrested in connection to a deadly shooting in Tacoma on Friday, according to the Tacoma Police Department.
On Friday afternoon, a man was shot multiple times near the 3700 block of South Orchard Street. He was transported to the hospital, where he died over the weekend from complications related to the shooting, police said.
Police arrested a man in connection to the shooting; he was booked into the Pierce County Jail for murder, unlawful possession of a firearm and drive-by shooting.
The shooting occurred soon after another fatal shooting in the area last Friday.
