GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Green Bay’s School Board discussed community ideas on improved security measures Monday night.
The topic of school safety has been at the forefront throughout the district ever since a loaded handgun was found in a student’s backpack at Preble High School last month.
Improved security continues to be a shared priority between Green Bay Area Public Schools and the community it serves.
Several people attended Monday’s board meeting, some looking to further address their thoughts on how the district should proceed.
