Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday addressed the Conference of Heads of United Nations Troop Contributing Countries (UNTCC) in New Delhi, where he cautioned against nations that are openly violating international norms.

Without naming any country, Singh said that while some are attempting to weaken established global rules, others are trying to impose their own order to dominate the next century. Amid these challenges, he asserted that India remains committed to upholding the international, rule-based order.
