A person was rushed to hospital after they were 'slashed' during a disturbance on a Glasgow street on Monday. ‌

Emergency services raced to Duke Street, in the city's east end, just before 4pm on October 13. ‌

Police locked down a section of the road , with pictures from the scene showing at least three police vehicles and an ambulance. ‌

The nature of the incident was not known at the time.

A new image shared with our sister title Glasgow Live shows a police cordon stretching along the edge of the pavement next to the street, which is busy with cars and a bus. ‌

It has since been confirmed that one person was taken to hospital as a result. Their condition is still not known at this time.
