The BRS condemned Ministers Thummala Nageswara Rao and Ponnam Prabhakar for their remarks against Maganti Sunitha, the Jubilee Hills bypoll candidate. Party leaders V Srinivas Goud and Tata Madhu demanded apologies, calling the statements insulting to women and politically motivated.

Hyderabad: The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on Tuesday strongly condemned the insensitive and derogatory remarks made by Ministers Thummala Nageswara Rao and Ponnam Prabhakar against Maganti Sunitha , the party’s Jubilee Hills bypoll candidate and wife of the late MLA Maganti Gopinath . The party leaders demanded immediate apologies from the Ministers.
