Banihal/Jammu, Oct 14 — A tragic incident occurred in Tethar, Banihal, when a man suffered a fatal heart attack after his 14-year-old son collapsed in his lap while they were on their way to a hospital in Ramban district, Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Tuesday.

The father, Shabir Ahmed Gania (45), was transporting his ailing son, Sahil Ahmed, to medical care when the boy suddenly collapsed. The shock of the incident reportedly caused Shabir Ahmed to suffer a heart attack, leading to his death on the spot.

Both father and son’s bodies were later brought to the sub-district hospital in Banihal for further medical attention and formalities.
