An Edinburgh bride has said she "felt alone" during the recent episode of Married at First Sight UK.

Leisha Lightbody, 31, tied the knot with new husband Reiss during the series which sees couples paired up by 'dating experts' and marry their partner as they meet them.

On Monday night's episode, an explosive dinner party took place as Leisha came under fire by her fellow bride and grooms.

As the group made their way to the table, Leisha said: "Everyone is holding hands but us, hold my hand". The experts then said there was a disconnect between the couple before Reiss said: "It's just frustrating man, the way you handle s*** to me is just immature."

During the conversation, other brides and grooms can be seen giving questionable looks as they watched the moment unfold.
