SAGINAW, MI — Five community projects in Saginaw County received Keep Michigan Beautiful awards this month, recognizing contributions to environmental improvement and community pride across the state.

Three public art initiatives in Saginaw led the honors, with the “Shine Bright Saginaw Silo Mural Project,” “The Great Mural Project,” and the Henry Marsh Plaza mural each earning recognition for transforming neglected spaces into vibrant community destinations that celebrate art, culture, and unity, officials with Go Great Lakes Bay said.
