The City of Pembroke officially opened the new John Beevis Bulk Water and Septage Receiving Station on Thursday, Oct. 10, celebrating both an important piece of infrastructure and the memory of a man who spent decades serving the community he loved.

The new facility, located off Townline Road, is designed to improve environmental protection and efficiency in managing the city’s water and wastewater systems. It provides 24/7 access for licensed haulers to safely dispose of septage and for contractors to purchase bulk water for construction, maintenance, and other commercial uses.
